1. Returns

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (unless faulty)
• Accessories marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to wear or improper care

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at femkus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the refund is completed.

8. International Returns

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued in the original currency, and exchange rate differences may apply.
