We currently ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as:

2. Shipping Rates
International Orders
- Orders over $69 USD: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $69 USD: $8.99 USD Standard Shipping fee applies
Express Shipping
Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions may not be serviceable. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are paid directly to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
8. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at femkus@gmail.com. We can only modify the address before the order is shipped.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for further assistance.
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
10. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
